All products that are printed and assembled by Question Graphique are guaranteed by our quality policy. In order to qualify to this policy, the customer has to supply high-resolution pictures (300 dpi), in JPG format, or a printed version of a minimum dimension of 3" x 5".
Question Graphique cannot be held responsible if the final product was produced using low-resolution pictures, supplied by the customer. In that case, the customer cannot demand reimbursement and the work will not be started over.
